Register your account

You'll receive an email from donotreply@activity.ascensus.com with the subject line "Activate your sponsor account." In it, you'll find a link to activate your account. Please register your account within 72 hours of receiving the link, otherwise, the link will expire. If you are unable to register before the link expires, please notify us.

When registering your account, you will:

Create a username. Your username is your email address, but you can customize this field.
Create a password. Your password must include three of the following criteria: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, special character, and number.
Set your security questions. These will be used to verify your identity if you forget your password.

Once you have completed the registration process, you can access the login page of your plan website. The first time you log in, we’ll guide you through setting up multi-factor authentication on your account for added security.
